Wifi kept dropping , tv was static at best. Chair at computer desk was broken .

Pros: The beds were comfortable, parking was not an issue, and the pool appeared to be clean.
Cons: Room cleanliness and room inspection of those reeking like skunk, for sure, as well as customer service.
Location: The hotel sits very close to a heavily traveled highway, not much to do in the surrounding area. Was told an airport is nearby.
From the point of arrival, the stay could be described as awkward at best. It was explained at check-in that we could not pay by credit card due to the new system not working properly. Upon paying with cash, we were short changed. When mentioning this to the manager she stated that we only gave her X amount, and that the drawer would have to be counted at the end of the shift and then IF there were leftover funds we'd be notified. We did get out change back, but had to wait until late the same day. We reserved an accessible room and were placed on the second floor... We were able to move rooms after 11pm and that was only when we asked again for an available room and showed our reservations online (again). The first room had a dirty footprint on the bathroom wall and some odd orange and red markings on the walls. The second room's carpet was so dirty that walking from the bathroom to the bed area would make the bottoms of bare feet turn dark gray. From the pool area, one could observe multiple shady activity from other hotel patrons. The exchange of money and trafficking mixed with the strong odor of skunk emitting from some rooms indicated that the hotel was utilized for some form of illegal activity. Mention of this to the security guard on duty was met with a nod and a "we're aware" retort.

Poor hotel

Hotel was mainly trucking parking and had woman in and out . The first room I had was not what I expected no fridge no microwave and I was moved . The rep was not at first wanting to move me . The new room key cards didn't work and I had to go all the way back for the new one which still didn't open door. When you expect to get to your room and sleep and have several issues its not a good feel. Never again

The Hotel was good. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great as did the Wifi. Good size TV in the room. The few things wrong were some of the lights in the room didn't work, and there was some serious repair needed to the hotel itself including fixtures. Overall though for the price, the friendliness of the staff, and the comfort of the hotel, it was excellent. 4/5

Not expensive but very far from the airport

Very far from the airport, a cab will charge you with $45 for each trip to the airport, hence, what you save being there is offset by the cost of conmuting as it does not have any free shuttle.

Pros: Front desk staff were trying their best to accommodate.
Cons: Total renovation which would require the removal of carpets and linens.
Location: Not the safest location.
Tried three rooms and even was offered their luxury suite and all rooms smelled like smoke and dogs. Stayed one night and cancelled the remaining 4 nights.

It was a economical place to stay. Pool wasn't open and needed to be cleaned. Restroom in lobby was out of service. Shower wasn't hot enough.
