Excellent

I was pleased with my stay here. My bad luck turn out on my last day in the hotel since the elevator was out of service. So I had to stroll down my luggage from the third floor.

Great staff clean hotel great food and a very nice pool. Easy to find the highway is right there so great for traveling. Fenced in parking is a bonus. Fast food in walking distance.

Good rooms but service could be better

Breakfast was really good had a big selection. The room was nice and comfortable, all amenities were there including the free fast wifi. Over all a 8/10 but I Had a 3 day stay after a long international flight and it was completely unfair that the check in time was at 3pm when my flight arrived at noon so my fiancé and I had to basically just drive around for 3 hours while being jet lagged. They needed a deposit and the employee forgot to give it to me until I asked for it.

Perfect for I-10 travelers

Pros: The staff were kind enough to help me with a mistake that was made with the room booking. I cannot thank them enough for dealing with the situation.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Location: Good access to downtown area
The hotel was well-located and I liked my stay. The staff were very helpful and awesome. Will definitely stay with them again on an I-10 journey.

Not what I expected from the price

Hotel was on the INterstate access road so I was afraid of road noise. However that was not the case. It also has gated parking so I was concerned about theft, vandalism, etc. but we had no problems in that area. Breakfast was sub-par - and we couldn't find a person to discuss the lack of food/ask for more. Room was clean but areas of the hotel are under construction meaning some "debris" was present.

Rude front staff

The hotel staff was rude and unpleasant. We were told there would be no charge for the room until check in and we were charged a night a month before the stay. We also were unaware of a deposit on the room and when we checked in and were already in the room the front desk proceeded to tell us about the 100.00 deposit that we had to give them even though we were not made aware of this when we made reservations. I will not be staying at this location the next time we make a family trip to Houston, TX.
