Nice day Breakfast earlier than what they said so I had breakfast a little after 6 instead of 6:30 I would definitely stay there again

Nice Hotel Near Hobby Airport

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Inconsistent wireless internet
The hotel is located quite close to Hobby Airport, so, for that, it is quite convenient. For restaurants and shopping, one needs a private car or a taxi. Pretty good breakfast available in the hotel, however, and included in the room charge. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations and met my needs with one exception: the in room wi-fi occasionally was quite fast but too often the signal strength dropped and was quite slow. When asked, the staff seemed disinterested in addressing this issue, directing me to call the internet service provider.

Nice hotel but needs repairs

The hotel was good except for the mould scent of the rugs that need replacing!!! The staff was super helpful and I sincerely appreciated that - great job!!!

Nice Hotel for Business Trips

I last minute needed somewhere to stay for the week while on a business trip in Houston to attend a conference downtown. The prices for downtown were extremely high for 4 star hotels, abs even the hotels you would never stay in (Motels, etc) were ridiculously high. So I found the hotel through Expedia. It was about 15 mins from downtown or 25 mins during heavy traffic hours. It was surprisingly really clean, had very nice and sweet staff, comfortable bedding, and spacious!

Excellent location for us

I chose this hotel based on location and it worked out great. Everything was maybe 15 mins away and NASA and Kemah less than 30 mins away. My one and only dislike was the musky/mildewy smell on the 2nd floor and in our room...other than that, this was an excellent visit.

Eh.

One night only, May 16, arrival ~4p. Hotel receptionist, Patricia, I believe, was delightful. She checked me in quickly, explained hotel's amenities and was quick to offer suggestions when asked about evening dining. My room, however, while perfectly clean, smelled musty. Patricia called as a courtesy - nice touch - and although she immediately offered a room change or air freshener, I had already decided it wouldn't keep me awake. It did occur to me if management keeps Febreze handy, then this is an issue with which they should be more proactive. The more annoying problem for me was the wifi connection, which seemed unreliable. Could it have been my iPad? Perhaps. Not usually an issue. Wound up connecting through cellular. All in all, with so many similar hotels of this type, I would expect a neutral odor, in ALL accommodations, for the one-twenty paid.

Pay a little more and get a little more!

Price was right. Breakfast was adequate. Hôtel desk was friendly and helpful. However, room did not seem really clean. The only upholstered chair in the room was dirty and had a large soiled spot that went completely through the cushion. I covered the chair with a large bath towel so we could use it. We would try the Hampton Inn next time we are at Hobby.

Pretty bare bones accommodations. Room was muggy even with ac on and temperature cold. The on-time 24 hour free bus to the airport was a plus.
