Ceiling sounded like it was going to fall in on usPosted Nov 23, 2015
Too noisy. You could hear everything and when people walked in the up stairs room it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. Staff wasn't real helpful at all.

Great stay for a short VisitPosted Nov 13, 2015
Would stay here again! Nice staff, clean room, nicely located. Little hard to get to with the construction but was not unbearable.

A great hotelPosted Oct 3, 2015
I like staying here, even though its a little hard to find and the parking lot entrance was closed due to construction. It is a nice place to stay, breakfast is was good.

Flea Bag HotelPosted Sep 8, 2015
We awoke several times the first night to itching, not sure what was going on. We were scheduled so extensively each day that we did not have energy or time to change hotels. We experienced more of the same the next night, such that we ended up sleeping in the bath tub and chairs. I would not recommend this hotel, which is pet friendly, to anyone, especially my friends with pets. I give it 1 star only because I can't give it less. Not even a place to stay for free.

Good for an overnite stayPosted Aug 26, 2015 on Hotels
check in was fast and the attendant was very courteous. Stayed for a concert and liked the idea of a shuttle to and from the venue for an small extra fee. the rooms were clean. the only downside was being able to hear the people on the third floor every once in awhile and I should of asked for a small fan to circulate the air conditioner but the room was cold just not cold enough for us. would stay here again.

Very disappointed washer and dryer were out of service. My daughter had a soccer tournment in the woodlands and of the reasons I chose to stay there because they had a washer and dryer.

I went for a stay to go to a concert at Cynthia Mitchell Woodlands Pavilion. Overall, the room and stay was enjoyable, about the only problem I had was that I woke up with a rash that started on my left arm and then it continued onto my right arm and it ended with a visit to the emergency room, when I got back home. Unfortunately, the ER Doctor, could not specify what type of rash or how it had started. I do remember waking up in the middle of the night, because my arm was itching and I did look at and it looked like a mosquito bite.

Poor communicationPosted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
This stay was for business, and would have been fine for an in-and-out trip. The overall feel of the place was mediocre, which would also have been acceptable. What was unacceptable, however, was the lack of signage on the laundry units. It's extremely inconvenient to start a load of laundry, then find out the dryer is broken. The staff offered the use of their dryer, but neglected to put the heat on for the first cycle. The clothes were fine once the heat was adjusted, but it required a total of one broken dryer, and two drying cycles to get there. Dirty clothes would have been preferable to an extended night trying to dry clothes.
