Unauthorized events will result in additional cleaning fees, and if neighbors are disrupted, guests may be asked to leave immediately. 2\. Smoking This is a smoke-free property. Violations will incur a $500 penalty. 3\. Third-Party Bookings Third-party bookings are not allowed. The reservation holder's ID and contact information must be verified with the host. 4\. Guest Count and Verification The number of guests on the reservation must include all individuals present, even if they aren’t staying overnight. Misrepresentation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and guests will be asked to vacate without refund. 5\. Pets Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking.
