Horrible hotel!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I will never stay there again! The room was dirty, the staff was rude and the few channels you were able to get didn't even come in clear. Oh the free wifi didn't work at all either and when you complained they said it was you phone. I have a brand new Samsung S7 edge that is less than 3 weeks old. Overall it was a very crappy place and I am ticked I wasted my money there!! I would never recommend to a friend period or even an enemy!

Seemed to be an older hotel, yet had low price. Convenience to location. Comfortable beds. Great Staff!!! Will stay again if I had to..

close to MD Anderson

Pros: It's conveniently located on our route from home to MD Anderson
Cons: the lobby should be open by 6am to support those patients staying at this hotel due to its proximity to the medical complex.
We were disappointed that the lobby wasn't open at 7am so we could check out. Breakfast was supposed to be available 7-9am and the lobby and breakfast room were locked, so we just slid our keys under the door and had to leave without eating to make my appointment at MD Anderson

Hard Pass

Two story hotel with no elevator. Room was spacious. TV didn't work. We had to reset it. WIFI was slow and we kept getting kicked off. Had no shower curtain and there was hair in the tub. Curtain wasn't properly attached.

The pictures shown on are not very recent as they rooms look nothing like it is shown when you review the hotel photos.

No Towels

Room had no towels which is something I would have never thought housekeeping would forget. Remote Control Batteries replaced with more dead batteries so I missed viewing TV both nights. No Iron or Ironing Board in room either.

Super Bowl Weekend

While this isn't the nicest place in Houston it is way cheaper than other places. Beds are comfortable and it is clean what more can you ask for!
