Enjoyed my little getaway stay

I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and convenient to where I needed to be. It is about 20 to 30 minutes from downtown depending on the traffic, but that is the normal amount of time to get anywhere in Houston if traffic is GOOD. You aren't too far from the Galleria at this location. In regards to the hotel room itself, it was very nice for the price. I appreciated the charging station in the room and the fact that even though it was a smoking room, it didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were heavenly!!! The AC/heating unit worked splendidly as did the single cup coffee making station. It did a decent enough job for my friend that accompanied me. The breakfast in the morning was okay. It wasn't the absolute best I have ever had, but I liked the variety of stuff: pastries, a waffle maker, sausage, eggs, bread for toast, fresh fruit, and cereal. I would definitely stay here again. Word to the wise: If you book through a third party site like hotels.com, they will require a $50 deposit. Bring cash for this so you can get it back the following morning. Otherwise, it will take a business day from the day they put the withdrawal/hold on the account.

Great Hotel

Pros: Everything
Cons: Not a thing
Location: Food is in walking distance from the hotel.
The rooms have everything you need. A microwave, fridge and a big bed. What else could you ask for. Very quiet and roomy.

we had a good stay the highlight was the service it was very good the people at the front desk were very helpfull.and friendly.... the breakfast was very good too and for that area it was a very good hotel.. the rooms were clean too
