Hotel viejo y con mala apariencia

El desayuno que esta incluido lo quitan muy rapido, los muebles son muy viejos y con mala apariencia, habitación muy pequeña

Nice hotel easy to get too

Pros: I liked the location, ease of getting too and from the parking lot. My bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful as well as the deep/wide tub.
Cons: Noise from the side doors that lead to the outside. My AC seemed to not work as well during the night, morning staff was notified.
Location: I was there for business, there are many restaurants and some big name shopping stores.
Once I found the hotel, it is behind some businesses, it is very easy to get to and from. The lobby is beautiful. The person that checked me in was more professional than the person that checked me out. Both were friendly, but the morning person was preoccupied with talking to another employee. My room was clean. You can tell when the hotel was built/remodeled, the crew that put in the tile was not at an expert level. There was mortar on the wall in the bathroom and when you walk down the hall, you can hear a difference where the tiles is secured to the floor and where the tile is not. I didn't eat breakfast, I had left over pizza. I would suggest to not get a room on the first floor, unless you have ear plugs. The door to the outside is very loud when it opens and when it closes. Checking in and out was quick and easy. I would stay here again.

The stay was okay for the price!

We were'nt told we'd need to leave a cc for incidentals prior to stay and was not given the option to put cash up instead, now I have to wait for much needed funds to be released! Vending machines did not take cash, we were dying of thirst!!!! Other than that it was good for the price...

Four nights for business. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy.

Nice hotel close to family.

Pros: Beds are comfortable, room clean property in good condition. Had everything needed for a few days away from home.
Location: Good seafood place next door.
Nice place clean great staff, breakfast very good.

Reviews are deceiving

The first room we were checked into had the door wide open. Went to the front desk and let the front desk representative know and his reply was "so you dont want the room" Why would I take a room that had the door wide open upon arrival !!??! The second room was dingy, bathroom towels look used and not washed and the toilet seat had short coarse hairs on it. Its in a rough neighborhood but easy access to freeway. Never again and would not recommend this hotel. Im so confused by the good reviews.

A pleasant Surprise!

Was pleasantly surprised at the fit and finish of the offerings at such a great price. Will use Comfort Inn again! Great breakfast offering as well for the value.
