Property had been closed for two weeks due to a storm. We were the only guests in house. The facility was sparkling clean, and the staff were great. The only downside was that because they only reopened 2 hours before we arrived, the pool did not have time to reheat, there was no fruit, milk or yogurt for the breakfast bar and both the internet and the elevator were still out and needing to be reset. None of this really impacted our stay though. We would gladly stay there again. The price was reasonable for what we got, and the staff were accommodating. And they have bowls full of the most amazing key-lime candy mints :)

We were in a city-wide freeze warning, and we had some busted pipes. Unfortunately, this could not be prevented.

Over all the hotel and stay was very nice with friendly personel Only negative issue was that i didn't get clean towels for two days and had to carry the bundle of dirty towels to the front desk and exchange for clean ones

A lot of time guests will leave their do no disturb sign out without realizing the housekeeping staff will not enter your room at all with that sign up. When you come back and stay again, I will personally deliver the fresh towels to your room.

Nice hotel, just needs some work.
Could never get a nice hot shower. Always, just barely hot. Cosmetics around the hotel needed to be addressed. Seam from sheetrock to elevator was done poorly. An area that mostly everyone would come past. Couch had what looked to be a cigarette burn on it when I checked. Reported it asap so I didn't get dinged for it.

Hotel personnel was good. Free bkfast ok. May need a different preparer. Room was fair, toilet tank would not fill back up automatically, I had to remove cover to manually operate. Room 220. The swimming pool was VERY CLOUDY..YUK. But it was quiet

Just a quick overnight stay. Room floors could have been cleaner and bed was very firm. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. Really good breakfast and good service.

No breakfast was available, when asked for something to eat the elderly woman was very rude and refused to make anything for the buffet, even thou it was still in the available time for breakfast. Was not given towels or a blanket or toilet paper when asked for some.

Nice property, awesome breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Sleeping difficult due to noisy neighbors and lots of kids running halls. A/C unit was noisy and shut off and on all night - no way to set fan on so it would block noises. TV went out morn of 3rd day. Was near 7 pm (and second request) to get it checked. Offered a room change, but was too late and we were too tired to mess with moving to another room. Left next am.

I booked our rooms on hotel.com and saw their pictures and prices. When we arrived it was better then the pictures. It was very clean and organized and the clerks were very friendly. We had a great stay and will be back. The clerks are very honest. When I checked in I left my credit card on the counter. The clerk called our room and told me I had left it laying on the counter. He was a very professional and honest employee which is hard to find now a days.
