These are my main points: Clean room but a little dated. bathroom door did not close. the room didn’t have black out curtains; still lots of light coming in from street lights.

Front desk staff very rude, and also required $100 deposit with a sign written out saying don’t argue about it…. Really not welcoming at all and prostitutes hanging around outside the front

The breakfast was not what i expected. There was very limited food. Not the ususal comfort inn or comfort suites breakfast. But the stay was quiet and the frint desk receptionist was nice the night we checked in.

The property is always clean, efficient and the rooms are always top notch. The breakfast will hopefully be upgraded but still decent. The rates jump from different rates and usually the rates are at the high of $90 and low or $75.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable. Only problem was the breakfast bar. I was disappointed that it had no protein eggs, meats or bananas. I give it a D-. Had to go out to eat. Don’t think I will be back, too many other choices. Disappointed.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Comfort Suites. Some people complain that it is old and tired which is true - but what do people expect for the price. We found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is basic but at least there is a breakfast! There’s a small gym, laundry, conference room and supplies. It’s also well located within Houston. Staff were super helpful we found. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Poor monitoring at this location
Someone broke into my company truck while I sleep at this location. The person who was suppose to watch the cameras at the front desk was no where to be found. When asked why the police wasn’t notified she explained she was busy. Clearly her phone was more important than monitoring the facility and the occupants.

Seem like good at all , but only one thing make me change mind is bath room , weird design , if you taller 6 foot you may not wet your hair cause shower too low and water easy to went through floor and no way to drain out when shower . I want to change hotel but they not let me get refund . My kid 6 foot tall , he not want to take shower cause like that , he ok to get dirty after 2 days stay here.
