Nice and Clean

The hotel was clean and spacious. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much selection, but did offer both hot and cold options. Beds were very comfortable.

Good solution, right on the Highway

Pros: Location and convenience.
Cons: Nothing
Only Issue I had was having to call the desk to have the cable looked at, they got it up and running fast. Clean, affordable, and even though close to the highway, it was quiet. Staff very helpful and responsive, would stay again if I have too.

Nice people and room st good price but pool and hot tub was down the entire time.

Excellent Hotel, but food could be better.

Pros: Good clean modern hotel with a fresh clean smell without the use of room freshness or perfumes. Professional and pleasant staff.
Cons: The quality of breakfast food.
Our stay here was excellent and we found no fault with the hotel and staff, but the food for breakfast was of a very poor quality by normal European standards. Notwithstanding this we would definitely use this hotel again as overall it was extremely good value.

Ultra friendly staff in a clean well stocked hotel

Pros: Clean and friendly.
Location: Dining options were close and plentiful or you could drive 15 minutes to The Woodlands to shop and eat at even a wider array of restaurants.
The staff here was great from check in to check out. They accommodated many special wishes. Rooms were clean and fresh. Felt safe coming and going from the hotel and had easy access to major roads. IAH only 15-20 minute drive. The Woodlands also only 15 minutes. Would stay here again if I visit the area.

They should have informed customers that they only had feather pillows. My son is highly allergic and had a bad reaction. The front desk was terrible customer service when i called asked for regular pillows (like i was bothering her) so i had to load up my family after a full day and go buy pillows at target, at 10:30pm. I'll never stay at comfort suites again. Rude and terrible customer service! Then the air took forever to work! We where ready to come home!

Good accommodations; great value and service.

The stay went well; the staff was responsive when a plumbing problem can up. We would stay here again when visiting family.
