Okay for a night

Disappointed that earliest check-in time was 3pm. We arrived a bit early and asked if we could check in before 3. Were told all the rooms were occupied. Of course I find this hard to believe. Also disappointed in no complimentary breakfast not served. Will not book with this hotel again. Can find much better for same price.

Cons: When I booked the reservation, it was not clear that the hotel was under remodeling. I had to walk nearly a block from the entrance to check-in.
When I booked, it was not clear the hotel was going through a remodel. When I arrived, I had to walk about a block carrying my bags to the check-in desk. This was extremely inconvenient.

Nice in downtown

Finding a taxi was fairly difficult as well as the fact the staff weren't very helpful in finding one for us.

The hotel was very convenient and nearby to the Toyota Center and restaurants. It was only a 4 block walk to the arena for our concert. My only complaint is the steep $30 parking fee. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay for a weekend trip.

Constructions detours everywhere pretty much was horrible. The room was super clean however the furniture is super outdated and parking was a lot. Smh

This property was centrally located within walking distance of the venue, House of Blues. The staff was super friendly and I would definitely stay here again for any future performances and the HOB. It was confusing because the Courtyard Marriott was attached to the Residence Inn and another property. So it seemed as if there were three properties total. The Courtyard was a bit outdated as far as the hallways, carpets, bathrooms and beds but if you book through Expedia you can find a good deal.
