Nice property bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Check in was ok I wasn’t greeted with kindness but the check out girl did extend my check out time with no issues

The check in person was talking in the phone while trying to check in people. So she couldn’t hear everything they were telling her on the phone or at the counter. Try doing one thing at a time. She took long to check in two people before me. When it was my turn she was on the home the whole time, she said she couldn’t help me because my room was already paid for. I just wanted a quiet part of hotel if possible because I had early appointments in am.

We've stayed at a number of Courtyard by Marriott hotels and this was just not up to a normal standard. The room quality, the look from outside, just now what we expected from Courtyard.

Nice hotel and convenient to Medical Center. Only negative is there was no deadlock bolt on inside of door. It had been removed or broken off.

Loved my stay at this property!!! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Check in was smooth and the rooms were super comfortable. Water was super hot so we had no issues there. The free area shuttle was so convenient and made getting back and forth to my convention so easy. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The workers were great! Worked with us on a room we specifically wanted. Convenient to the hospital for a one night stay. Didn't like: Toilet fill valve broken, beds hard (my opinion), pillow TOO soft, SMALL TV, no accessory package (ie. lotion, qtips, cotton balls), hair on drinking glass once taken out of plastic cover, window DIRTY.

Spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable property. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I arrived prior to my 3pm checkin, and the front desk was able to get me in a room by 2pm, which she did not have to do. Definitely a plus for customer service.

It's fine
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fine for a quick stay in Houston. I think it is time to upgrade for technology (plugs and such for phones and laptops). My only two "complaints" was that there wasn't free coffee in the lobby, you had to pay for it (free coffee in the room with powdered creamer) and there wasn't any hot water in my room. My co-worker did not have the same water issue. The location is great if staying in Bellaire or surrounding areas.

Very comfortable room and bed. Very small fridge and somewhat inconvenient parking lot, also fairly small with difficult ingress and egress. Would definitely stay here again.
