The staff was nice and helpful, when concerns arrised the staff changed our room immediately. I give the hotel a one star rating because once you walk in there is a bad odor, the property is old, and the rooms were out of date. However, the bed was comfortable.

Forgettable stay, there were roaches flying inside the room. When I called front office to send someone to clean take the roach out, they did not even send any staff. After waiting a while when I went to the front desk, the staff and receptionist were so unprofessional and started laughing at me to make fun that I am worried for roaches. I have supporting pictures as well. This was not expected from Marriott brand and Expedia too. Expedia mentioned breakfast included, but it was not.

Very old, smells so bad. Elevator was not working and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Room was really bad. I couldn’t believe that Courtyard Marriott is still keeping their name on this facility

I was Terribly Disappointed in this Marriott. I ran into numerous problems, Hair in and on my bath tub, trash in the carpets, no refrigerator which I had to put my insulin shot inside my STANLEY CUP! to keep it cold until the next day And to Top it off they Charged my card and extra $230. Just A Hot Mess

The photos of this property are somewhat deceptive. The first room I got had an odor. The second room was better. The walls are PAPER THIN! The people above us stomped around all night! Waiting for the elevator, I could hear the convo of the people on the 3rd floor as they were waiting as well. The lobby is very nice. However the rooms are dated! However the staff was very nice & accommodating. I will never stay here again. It’s just not representative of the typical Courtyard Marriott.

They charge me the parking fee and I didn't have car! Also they enter to my room (the cleaning person) without permission, and also I talk to the front the desk person about this since I arrived (I dont want the cleaning room)
