Ac did not work , truck broken into

I did not stay i left due to vandalism and poor service to ac not working in room

We forgot to tell them that we were medical so we could get our breakfast vouchers and they were so kind to go ahead and add the free breakfast we really appreciated that!!!

The front desk staff told me I would get a quiet room yet it kept me up all night. Loud AC units outside.

Walk to NRG

Only stay here if you are going to an event at NRG arena. Otherwise there is no reason to stay here!

I loved the hotel overall. A little older but well kept up. beds were very comfortable. bathrooms were clean but small. Guest services at check in was Awesome. Forgot his name but he is Persian. It was a great check in process. I would have given a 5star but when i called front desk to ask about a microwave, the Persian girl with long hair hung up on me and never bothered to call me back as well as knowing which room is calling the front desk. Other than that the Persian guy deserved a 5 star. As for the breakfast buffet... NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAYING FOR. The looks of it it should have been complimentary, just your regular run of the mill for breakfast. nothing special and certainly not worth the 15.00pp. I put my plate and it was freezing cold and i refused to pay for it. I dont understand why it wasnt complimentary. we werent in LV or NY. We were only in Houston would i stay again? Yes i would

Nice hotel & nice bar

We came into town for the Houston Open Air concert and although pretty much the whole thing was rained out, the hotel was very accommodating for bunch of annoyed people. The manager (I'm assuming he was the manager anyways, I didn't get his name) tried to make everyone (concert goers and everyone else) comfortable in an unfortunate situation. I think they handled it very well. I also got moved to a bigger room so I wouldn't have to wait for another room to be cleaned which was awesome. I wish I'd had a reason to stay longer.
