I loved the hotel overall. A little older but well kept up. beds were very comfortable. bathrooms were clean but small. Guest services at check in was Awesome. Forgot his name but he is Persian. It was a great check in process. I would have given a 5star but when i called front desk to ask about a microwave, the Persian girl with long hair hung up on me and never bothered to call me back as well as knowing which room is calling the front desk. Other than that the Persian guy deserved a 5 star. As for the breakfast buffet... NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAYING FOR. The looks of it it should have been complimentary, just your regular run of the mill for breakfast. nothing special and certainly not worth the 15.00pp. I put my plate and it was freezing cold and i refused to pay for it. I dont understand why it wasnt complimentary. we werent in LV or NY. We were only in Houston
would i stay again? Yes i would
