Pros: Friendly staff. well kept all around. plenty of good parking.
Location: Easy access from the freeway. Close to good shopping areas.
Very helpful staff and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Stay away from this hotel.

Pros: It appeared to be a nice hotel 20 years ago.
Cons: Needs major overall on condition & staff attitude - they are ready to argue you with you(anytime).
Location: Rough neighborhood. You can easily find a girlfriend for the evening in the parking lot - if you're interested.
Terrible staff in all regards, rough neighborhood, hotel staff would not honor a 'pre-paid' breakfast buffet. If you want to stay here, not worth more than $50 per night; not Crown Plaza worthy - not even close.

Nice hotel but room too old

The bath tub floor in Room 402 was not stable. It wobbled like a kayak when i stood inside and made me very dizzy when I showerred. My husband shared the same experience. We asked the receptionist if that was the design intent. She did not know. Also the tv was not clear,it was like ghost images. The receptionist noted and would report to their engineering department. Hope they fix it before some one get hurt in the bathtub.

Pros: The size of the room was really good.
Cons: Staff serving the breakfast were not up to par. Not good service. On the upside, the food was good.
Location: We went to the galleria had dinner out and made a quick trip to the pharmacy which were all very close. The outlet shopping was further away.
The hotel was average. Nice big rooms and staff were kind. Pool is good but the hot tub had some gunk in it so we didn't use that. The blow dryer in the room was broken. Really delicious breakfast and quick and easy check in.

I have no complaints. The staff was very welcoming. Nice spacious rooms. I got a great deal with Expedia. For less that under $100 me and my kids ate the breakfast buffet and had plenty space In our room.

Nice experience. It has been five days and i have yet to see my $50.00 credited to my account. The clerk informed me I need to pay an additional $50.00 in case something was damaged. They informed me it would take approx three days to show in my account. I live in Killeen Tx, found the hotel on Expedia booked to attend a concert at the Arena Theatre directly down the street from Crown plaza. This part was unsatisfactory. My friend would like to try The Westin next time in January.

This hotel is FALLING APART!!!

Pros: Not much to like per se, this hotel is at the end of its life expectancy and either needs to be torn down, or massively updated.
Cons: MAJOR repairs issues, first day I walked in, the room carpet was DAMP to the point that my feet got wet every time I walked towards the bathroom and in the front sitting area! TV was broken. They did change the TV on the last day. Bathroom tiles were kinda dirty with paint stains, overall just a hotel that is falling apart. Very dated and dingy feel.
Location: Location was OK. Nothing spectacular.

Location: The location and nearby things to do was excellent, right off the highway, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The relationship between Expedia and the hotel needs to be revisited. Expedia is advertiing something the hotel cannot provide. I was very dissatisfied after driving 4 hours to Houston to have to stand at the front desk over 45 minutes before the clerk could accommodate me and my guests. I then had to pay addtl monies because of a error on their part and this was just so I could get into a room and go to bed. We were all totally exhausted. There was one young lady Ms. Champagne , that saved the stay and even in chaos, rectified it s well as possible, but this should have not been the case. They do not have a 2 bdrm suite a suite with 2 double beds is not a 2 bedroom suite. False advertisement. After getting into the room the room was clean and comfortable, it is just the initial perception of what you are to receive is deceiving, and after paying addtl money I could have actually stayed in a 5 star hotel in the Woodlands or a more affluent area.
