The place looks old and the free breakfast is not that good rooms not smelling good

We appreciate you taking a moment to share your valuable feedback with us. It saddens us to hear you did not enjoy your stay as much as we wish you had. Our breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold items in the hopes of pleasing all of our guests. It seems we did not succeed in this account and we apologize you did not find something to your liking. In addition, we wish you had let us know that you had an issue with an unusual odor in your room. Our helpful staff would have gladly found you a room more suitable to your needs.
