Ok Motel

Pros: Right beside the Waffle house
Cons: They had renovated some of the rooms, but some of the upgrades do not look very professional
Location: Not there long enough to evaluate.
Got lost coming from the airport to the Hotel. The directions made it look easier than we found it. Houston a lot bigger than anticipated. Only stayed one night as we thought it was closer to the airport than we expected.

Ms. Patel, the Manager was fabulous from beginning to end. Other hotel staff excellent, as well! Have stayed here several times with groups of friends and always great!

The mattress was like laying in a hole. I complained and they replaced it with a better one, but still felt pretty worn.

Generally positive experience, easy check-in. A/C unit malfunctioned when I tried to adjust temp, and would not turn back on. It was a Friday evening, desk attendant said he could not get anyone to come look at it. He did offer to move me to another room, but I was already settled in and did not want to relocate. Also, drain stopper in bathtub was not working properly, but I was already undressed and did not want to re-dress and wait for someone to come look at it, especially when I expected to have a similar result as the one with the A/C unit, so I did not bother to contact the office.
