I loved it was so close to Lakewood Church and I could walk a few steps to be there. Breakfast buffet was so nice. I suggest to be more meticuluos with maintenance, since I found a roller stick missing, a dresser leg broke, and missed a free water bottle I usually find in hotels.

Hi. Coming from WV to see Joel Osteen I didn’t know what to expect. I loved my visit at your hotel. The staff and gorgeous clean courtyard were great. The best fish tacos and breakfast ever. I really enjoyed Maria at Sprigs restaurant. She was very nice. Khytyearra at your front desk was very kind and thoughtful. I had to leave my bag until my flight. The room had a super view of the courtyard. Overall a fabulous experience. Thank you!! Nicole 😊

They have refrigerators in every room, but no microwaves. Could use a few more channels on the TV menu. I would stay again.

I was unable to use my digital key which meant I was unable to access my room which meant i didn't actually stay there and despite the failed promise of the key, they refused to refund my stay for a room I never got to use because of their error.

We recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton because it was across the street from where we needed to be the next day. The property has so much potential, but DESPERATELY needs a remodel. We paid almost $700 for two nights in a regular room. We were supposed to get a king room, and instead got two queens. No water in the rooms and no vending machines on the floors. For the price of the stay the value just unfortunately isn’t there.

Traffic noise is a factor to consider. Pool wasn’t very clean, but it was the “off season” so I guess I’ll give them a pass there. There was a false fire alarm at 12:30am one night of our stay, but it took them about 20 minutes to turn it off. Parking expensive and tricky to figure out. Staff generally nice though, and the restaurant was decent with good food and drink selection. Wouldn’t recommend to families with young kids since it’s in a very commercial district.

Very Nice Hotel, would stay there again. Only issue is signage for parking. If you use the underground parking, you my may have to circle the block a few times before finding the correct entrance.

The staff was awesome! Benjamin, Douglas and Rita were so hospitable at the bar! Bed was super comfortable and easy check in and check out. Starbucks inside so we took advanatage of that and the grounds were beautiful

Called prior to booking on parking as my husband and I were in separate cars. I asked 4 times ( to the point the staff recognized my name at check in) if they charge per night or per car for parking and the staff assured me it was per night. At checkout, the hotel charged me per car. They would not honor their prior communication. They also put me on hold for 42 minutes when calling back to dispute this charge. With so many hotels around, no need to stay here.

Hotels.com didn’t make it know you must pay to park (Self & Valet). I was cussed at trying to enter self parking by construction worker. Got in room and the refrigerator was HOT! Called front seat said they’d be right up and NEVER came! Called next money and it was fixed. I tried using lighted morrow b/c room was so dark and again it did not work. When leaving for tournament I asked where the ice machine and was told it was broken. Got on elevator and we got stuck and the front office kept hanging up on us. We were stuck for 20 minutes. Very unsatisfactory for the price you pay! Although I will say the food in the restaurant was very good. Every time you’d ask to speak to the manager front desk would say there wasn’t one there.

We stayed for a ballet competiton so we were there for 3 nights. I have two complaints... There is a parking garage but to self park is $28 a night (totally understandable for vallet but to self park is addtional as well along with the security deposit) and the parking garage itself is the most confusing one I have been in, nothing is marked, passing section are chained off and there are no directional signs. ugh! Also, very very low clearance - 6ft. This is the only option area to park for hotel. Thre is a blue and green area but getting to one or the other side, there are no arrows, no signs, etc. Also, the entrance and navigation to enter the hotel itself. There are no lighted signs from road, no parking garage signs, no entry signs, nothing is lit up at night. If you enter the area called "The Hub" it is a literal maze with one 8x5 sign that says Double Tree with arrow.
