No Wi Fi provided if you book through Expedia. Also had to explain everyday that I was self parking and they continued to change for Valet. The best part is the bar. Bartender Jose was a gem!!!

Very clean hotel. Stayed for four nights. I recommended staying in the suites with balcony.

Nice hotel

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our first room was very damp and the hotel staff made arrangements to switch us to another room and upgrade us to a larger suite. The staff was always very friendly. Hotel is close to excellent shopping and restaurants.

Good location for business community.

Bit surprised when hotel did not offer water bottle as compliment every day in the room. Even $50 / night hotel gives complimentary water bottles. Booking through Expedia is disadvantage. Hotel treatment is that we are cheap guys!!! Ask anything it will be charged extra sir - is the response from service team. Otherwise very good hotel with nice facilities. Enjoyed my stay.

Bottled water is available via our 24 hour Grab-n-Go. We do not have minibars in the rooms.

7 Stays, 4 nights each

The hotel has a high employee furnover rate, according to a long-time employee. However, all of the employees with whom I've had contact over 7 stays have been very professional and helpful, especially the room service staff. Some of the rooms have shabby credenzas. There's no coffee shop, like most hotels have nowadays, and the closest Starbucks isn't close. There's also not an always-functioning restaurant, which is weird! Room service is available all day.

Thanks for the feedback w have been building out our team as people move on through a natural process over the years. It is nice to hear that you still saw recongiseable faces. We now have a 24 be grab n go as well as food service at our new bar / lounge. Breakfast and the breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant on 2. We have never had a Starbucks in the hotel. The coffee machine in the grab n go grinds and serves a variety of coffees.
