Really hated the expensive valet parking. We used the shuttle service and our driver was a delight! But holey moley the cost to park was ridiculous. It appears to be like this all over Houston but come on.

This was a great location. Someone comes to your car, open the door for you to get your luggage out. Great place! Nice lounge down stairs. Can definitely take great picture at location too.

Parking is pretty expensive but there are cheaper options nearby. I had a great stay and would highly recommend.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a pool , but loved that it wasn’t too far from all the restaurants.

Overall, it’s a beautiful facility. I had two experiences that would make me reconsider going back: - I asked for an iron at night to be ready for early morning, and it never came. I had to call back in the morning and rush. - I asked to book a taxi, and I was handed a number (that did not work) of a taxi company. I walked to my conference hotel and asked them to book a taxi for me, and it was done right away.

The lobby was clean and inviting. Seevice was good. Hallway was clean. Could not check in ia the app. When checked in, i did not get the room i choose on line. The room itself needs attention. Bathroom has a hole in the wall and neded to be better cleaned. The shower had soap scum and rust. The towels had stains.

We enjoyed our stay and had great customer service. The lobby bar and restaurant were convenient. Wish more amenities were included like breakfast. Valet is expensive and there is no self park option.

I really was looking forward to staying here but I checked out within an hour and 45 minutes. I arrived Valet and check in was very smooth. When I opened the elevator for the 6th floor I was meet with the smell of weed ( i know this isn’t the hotel fault). My room had a city but there was some sticky stuff on the window, a stain couch, cut up and stained sheet and something on the bathroom wall.

Hotel was ok. A bit pricey for what the hotel offered. Missing blow dryer in the room, called for one, got one, that one didn’t work. Needed a new one. Had to get it replaced again. Made getting ready a bit tough. Valet was poor, many people working, yet no structure to keep traffic moving. Had to push the workers to move cars out of the way both times we ubered due to sitting there while cars where not being tended too.

Property is good. Staff is friendly, room was clean, walls are thin so you can hear pretty much anything going on. For it to be a 4 star property there is not much happening in terms of amenities. And if im going to pay 60 dollars for valet I expect a top tier hotel.
