This was a nice place to stay and seemed clean and well maintained. It has a good shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant on-site was also nice and the food and service were also very good

The staff here are amazing. Let us check in early after a very hectic morning. The staff in the restaurant were also great with excellent service. The building is a little older but I think they should embrace the 60s vibe and go for it.

Great stay
We arrived earlier than expected and the front desk was able to check us in early. It was a tremendous help for us. They also gave us water's and fresh warm cookies. We really enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to the airport was also a plus! Definitely would stay again when in Houston.

I checked in after midnight and the staff was alert and very courteous. The property is right beside a Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, and gas station, so I was able to get some food. The next morning the breakfast buffett was really good and the staff very nice. All staff interactions were pleasant.

The free airport shuttle was fantastic. The staff for checkin was friendly during check in but then not so much. The staff in the dining hall was very nice. The only complaint that I really have is that you can hear the elevator all night. It sounds like it's in the room with you. So definitely bring ear plugs. The water pressure is bad and there's no lining on the trash cans.
