We had to stay overnight in Houston due to flight delays and missed connecting flight. We could not get our luggage from Southwest and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs and purses. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel and staff were just what we needed after such a horrid day.

We arrived on Christmas day. The young lady and the courtesy driver were very helpful. We had planned to eat in the attached restaurant, but it was closed. For convenience; it's as close to Hobby airport as it could be.

I didn’t like the fact staff knocked on my door at 9am. I didn’t put the disturb sign on my door last night since I came to the room late hours.

Not bad for 1 night
This must be an older hotel. Not the usual Hilton experience..... the walk from the front desk to get to the elevators pulling. bags across the carpet was dreadful. My room was comfortable and clean, The cookie you get at registration was the best I've ever had :)

Property was ok. There was absolutely nothing around…no restaurants or shopping. We had to drive about 20 minutes. It was older and needed some repairs. We had no housekeeping while we were there and there was no communication about this. There were signs everywhere about a no smoking policy but it wasn’t enforced. That made the stay less pleasant.

So close to the airport and they have their own shuttle leaves every 15 minutes. Clean above average suites, massive insuite tv. Comfortable king bed and a great shower. Id stay here again.

Our bathroom tub was dirty with black stains in the floor of the tub.
The front desk was kind to move us into another room, that bathroom tub had hair inside. Also, the bathroom tub backed up every time we showered.

Convenient free airport shuttle!! Very clean!! Friendly staff!! With an excellent buffet!! Nice size pool!! Stayed here before our cruise the next day and will stay here again!!
Only negative was, I asked for a wake up call since the wake-up option through the phone was not working and my cell phone was dead…. and they never woke me up!! I overslept!!

First, it was so close to the airport. When I called for the shuttle it was less than a 5 min wait. Beautiful hotel, has little shopping items like chips and snacks. Free cookies, even gluten free! Beds were so comfy and extremely nice rooms. Very quiet.

This is a nice hotel. I have high regard for it. Five stars all around.
Please be advised if your flying out of Houston “international airport” the airport shuttle service does not cover or service that airport. Being from out of town I did not know that there are two airports in Houston.. And I wish staff would have told me when I did my pre research in calling before booking to confirm. I won’t fault them in my review for that as my stay was wonderful and accommodating. But if this could be clearly defined and told to travelers it would be helpful. Especially to out of town era. It’s a hefty Uber ride on mistake.
