The establishment was nice, the bed was very unstable and cery squeaky getting on and off. Over all the air and the roomwas very dresh looking and smelled really nice.

Like everything just internet suck on and all day owner claims it something I have that interfere but staff said that there internet is down because Comcast told them they working on it in the area

The pictures of the property posted do not accurately reflect the condition and location of the property. Upon arrival, we were told that we couldn’t valet our bags prior to check-in so we could spend time around town prior to check-in. Then the owner told us that we could store our bags but only if we left a positive review. This was mentioned several times and I believe this is how this property has acquired misleading positive reviews. It was evident that the owner was coercing customers into positive reviews for comped services. We attempted to cancel the booking altogether upon arrival but were told we couldn’t cancel due to it being a nonrefundable booking. The location is in the middle of an unsafe neighborhood and there are no amenities whatsoever. The front desk and foyer are separated by a plexiglass to prevent robberies and break-ins so it is abundantly clear that this is not a safe neighborhood. We ended up forfeiting our money spent on the reservation and booked elsewhere for the weekend due to feeling unsafe and pressured to leave a positive review.

I enjoyed my room. It was definitely clean as the eye can see. The staff is definitely friendly. I wish they had an iron and ironing board in the room and those small amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner. That goes a long way. In my case, it would have help. Because I just moved to Houston and I was staying at the hotel, while I wait for my apartment to be ready and I realized I forgot my body wash. But besides that, for the price per night. It was worth it and made sense

Owner was friendly. Room was what expected for the price. Would stay again. Personal always use your own pillow case and wash cloth and towel. I seen one baby roach towards the end of our stay.

There are couple of coffee places and restaurants around, and it is around a 20 min-drive to the downtown. The staff were friendly. However, the room was not clean enough, and there was no hair drier.

I Got this as a last minute thing and with the stars I was a lil skeptical.But this place is amazing clean rooms bed and bathrooms the staff members especially Sam he was super nice and understanding so don’t give him a hard time 😌 the only thing this place is missing is a pool 😂 but other than that definitely deserves more stars 10/10 Highly recommend for fast,cheap place

Sam at the front desk window was great. The lady at the front desk was nice but was several hours delayed in giving me a pillow. I eneded up having to switch rooms after midnight because there was so much stomping upstairs for hours on end. The first room was clean but the second room had roaches & only 1 lock instead of 2. I would'nt recommended this facility but kudos to Sam for being such a sweetheart.

I've been here for a few weeks its really quiet here. The staff is really nice and the owner is always out taking care of the property. As I speak right now, he is having the parking lot pressure washed. Lol...the rooms are always cleaned and whenever you need somwthing the staff is always available.

My party and I arrived in Houston almost at midnight and checked into this hotel. It was a terrible experience. The employee on duty gave us a room that he claimed was non-smoking that reeked of smoke. When we went to complain, he stated that some rooms were just changed from smoking to non-smoking. Two adjacent rooms he had us check smelled even worse. We found small roaches in the bathroom room and worst of all, the deadbolt on the door was not working. This was unacceptable and we felt so unsafe with some sketchy people walking around the vicinity. The employee said he could “try to fix it” but we requested to change to a new room. The new room still smelled strongly of smoke but at least the door locked properly. Never again. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs!

Sketchy area, alright hotel
Stayed here as a family of 3, the area and other patrons of the hotel were definitely sketchy. The Hotel itself was ok, for the price you pay, you cant really complain i suppose.
