Pros: Great experience
Cons: Replace the shower curtains. The curtain moves while showering - there is some water on the floor when you get done. The shower head is very good.
Location: Galleria Mall and great Afghani food
Excellent breakfast, great staff, pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle to area. Galleria was wonderful.

Location: Excellent location for people who want to go shopping to the galleria, a couple of blocks away.
Had to be in the area for a meeting. Just stayed one night, but the front desk people were very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Also the cooked to order breakfast is great.

Pros: The ambience.
Cons: Plumbing needs improvement.
Location: Near to the Galleria and eating places.
Indoor garden, happy hour at he bar, friendly staff, however leaking taps in the bathroom, wet carpets in the bedroom I would stay with you again.

My wife walked out of the room to go to work at 8:15am and with in minutes housekeeping knock one time and came walking in as I made it from the bed to the doorway of the bedroom she was walking in the door and I was not dressed. This as a one night stay an our checkout was at noon there should be no reason for her to be coming in. I have talk to the front desk 3 times and also called the 1-800 number and still have not been able to talk to a manager. All we stay at is embassy suites and never had a problem

Dear Jonathan- I am very sorry that your stay was negatively impacted by our staff entering your guest room so early in the morning. There would be no reason for anyone to enter in the AM, on the day of departure, other than to verify if the room was vacant. So many guests utilize electronic check out, or simply do not come to the desk at all to check out. We should always be using the 3 knock rule as well, to give guests ample time to respond if the door is not locked. I apologize for the inconvenience; I promise we were not trying to rush you out! Brakefast was great and the evening mixer with free drinks was on point. They have swans in this small pond, so if your an animal lover this would be a depressing scene to see everyday. The staff was really nice, no real complaints. I love that it is literally walking distance to the galleria.
