we didnt get what we bookedPosted Dec 16, 2015
Pros: I booked it because it was convient to the area that I needed to visit in Houston and that is about all I liked about the location
Cons: provide what is booked and paid for dont change the booking without telling the customer
Location: location is great
we were forced to make do with a small room one bed and a sofa for 4 adults the bathroom had no door lack of privacy was a big issue the sofa was unconfortable of 2 adults to sleep on the ad for Extended Stay America showed an area with two queen beds , a sitting area what we got a cramped room where we had to sit on the bed and squeeze by if using the bathroom dressing was a problem since there was no door on the bathroom the women felt that they were on display the sofa was a pull out but it was very unconfortable to sleep on thin and you could feel the metal frame not restfull at all none of our party weigh over 190 pounds and we were cramped for space when we booked there were rooms with 2 queens available and we paid in advance and I am very unhappy that our room was taken away from us with no notification so we could have found other accomadation no consideration was shown to us it was like we are the boss and tough on you take it or lose it we will never use you again and none of our friends will likely follow suit

Nice place to stay that's close to everythingPosted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: The hotel was in close proximity to all the places we wanted to travel to. The room was equipped with both a refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: Yes, upon arrival on the 3rd floor there was some foul odor once you got off the elevator and into the hallway.
Location: In walking distance of the Galleria, 15 min or so from the Arena Theater, right off the highway and numerous restaurants in the area.
The accomodations were nice and the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet and the rate was good!!!

Very Bad ExperiencePosted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: The location was nice but the Extended Stay America literally across the street is a much better stay.
The overall experience I had during my stay was disappointing. The bed was hard as a rock and I had a really hard time sleeping at night. The WiFi is a joke and they do that so you have to pay for the high speed WiFi in order to stream or practically do anything online. The TV Cable was as basic as it gets with a very fuzzy, snowy Showtime channel. If you want a little better stay and want to stay in that price range I would stay at the Extended Stay America literally across the street from this one. That hotel is newer with a more comfortable bed and furniture. The cable is basic but at least it is a clear picture.

The hotel is dated; bare bones; and lacks customer service. My bedding had hairs on it. Will not be staying here again.
