Someone was smoking weed down the hall!!

The staff were nice! But the room floor was not vacuumed very well and their was someone smoking a lot of weed down our hall at the end!! The whole hall smelled like marijuana!!

Terrible

Terrible. No breakfast. Freaking internet. Front desk not co-operative. Buzzing freezer.

Nice hotel, close to a lot of attractions

Pros: Price
Cons: Better pillows, the ones we had flattened as soon as we put our head down.
Location: Very close to a lot of attractions.
Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. Just could have used firmer pillows, a little uncomfortable.

This hotel had very tiny unrecognizable bugs crawl

This hotel had very tiny unrecognizable bugs crawlking on the kitchen counters . The staff were friendly . However , the hotel is old and outdated and needs upgrading .

Unsafe Stay

As you walk in, the lobby smells of smoke, the halls are creepy, and there are several video cameras very obvious of mischief. The room was unclean, miss matched stained sheets. Yellowish and white pillow covers. Not very inviting for a restful sleep. I do not recommend this place if you have a family. We left and found another Hotel.

Horrible service

I will never consider Extended Stay Hotels after this visit. Dirty, unreliable staff, and no hospitality whatsoever. From the moment we got there, we had to wait 1 hour for a room because they explained that they over booked. When we asked for new towels, we were told to hand over our "dirty rags" in order to get new fresh ones. The shower was smelly and I felt dirtier after. The bed had multiple stains and the floor and couch had blood stains. I am a true Orbitz fan and customer but I'm reconsidering their suggestions.
