I checked into the hotel late 01/11/2024. Due to things I had to do in town, I wanted to be on Katy-FWY and I totally missed the other hotels which I saw when I was driving around. 1. Area and parking lot reminds you of a low income property you watch on TV. 2. Pet Friendly, which is ok, provided you can keep the pet odor out of the rooms and hall way! It’s non-smoking but the pet odor was worse. 3. TV in the room was not working 4. Complementary utensils are not available, you have to pay a $20 deposit to get it…I’ve never heard of that! 5. Roach infestation…on the bedside drawer and the restroom….saw them in this morning, I guess when the lights are off they come out to play! 6. Worse bathroom ever, I couldn’t take a shower in the bathroom, had to get wipes. To clean up…I’m glad I didn’t do multiple nights. 7. I told the front desk associate, which she apologized for, she doesn’t seem surprised which makes me think it’s not new….the management is aware. Worse experience ever!

Roaches everywhere, smelled like smoke , tub was dirty, bed covers had makeup all over, I felt like I was getting bitten throughout the night. They don’t give you the latest checkin time. Checkout times are weird latest you can leave is supposed to be 12 but it was 11 the girl that was at the front deck literally held our room door open until we got all our things out and it was obviously someone in the restroom using the toilet but she still stood there. Would never recommend or come back.

Smoky air, strong smell of cleaning products, it was unbearable to my kid with respiratory issues..the kitchenette is mentioned but when you enter the kitchen, there is no dishes, cookware, or spoons. When I asked for them, the front desk young female said we have to pay inorder to get them. And she proceeded to say we get what we paid for . I had to check out the next morning.

My husband and I checked in at around 3p and all was fine face value we left our bags. We went down stairs and found dog feces on the carpet and not to far we found a loose dog that started growling at us. We went about our business and enjoyed our day/evening then came back and fell asleep then the problems started. I woke up to a faint fire alarm on the other side of the hallway and the alarm didn’t go off on our room. So we looked around to other guests outside of their rooms and also confused. We went downstairs and the rest of the guests were outside and after all of that we decided to leave and request a refund. The lady in the front at the time was busy after the fire alarm which is expected after a situation like that but when we requested a refund she became immediately defensive. When we told her about the roaches, we told her about the dog feces and the loose dog and told her that we let those two things slide but after the fire alarm going off in the hallway and not our room putting our safety at risk is a no go and kept telling us that there is nothing that she can do and that the manager has to help us and we have to call her in the morning. Basically save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else because it’s not worth it. I hope we really do get our money back or some sort of compensation because that was very subpar.

The check in was great, then we got to the room and the pullout couch, was nasty. Asked for more sheets and they expected us to change them, when we pulled the fitted sheet off the mattress protector was nasty. They did not have another one, so we had to pack allbour stuff and chage rooms. So we got settled in the room and went to sleep, only to be woke up at 7 the next morning by the people next to us screaming at each other. Understand the hotel can't be held responsible for their customers but I call and reportedbit and they did nothing, because this went on two hours. So when i checked out they said the only compensation they could offer was a whopping 5% off the stay. I hope they got a picture of me they won't ever see me again.

They have a heavy infestation of roaches and I didn't realize it until i woke up at 3am for a bathroom break so I'm basically stuck here for the night. I mean i saw the roach waste on the bathroom electrical outlets but it wasn't confirmed until i woke up in the bathroom break. I'll never stay in another extended stay in Katy because the pin oak location also has roaches.It's now 4:54am I'm pretty sure i won't be able to sleep for the rest of the night because I'm uncomfortable & paranoid cuz of the roaches. On first arrival the room had a horrible smell and the stove's exhaust was on and i initially thought it was just a funky smelling room but now I think they rushed a roach fogging and used the exhaust in a fail attempt to try to draw out the smell. I gave a one star review but just know this is intended to be a 0 star review, never again smh

Love how the staff treated me. I locked myself out the room twice and without any hesitation or attitude, they took care of me and i appreciated that.
