Horrible

Pros: The staff.
Cons: All things related to cleanliness.
Location: Very close to the Texans stadium.
This hotel was horrible. I literally had to change rooms three times. The linen was filthy, the tubs were dirty and the overall room was not impressive at all.

Ok for a one night stay.

The bed is not a queen bed. You have to exchange your dirty towels for clean towels at the front desk. When we arrived a man was putting together a bike in the front lobby and was making a ton of noise.

Terrible experience.

Pros: Nothing. The only elevator is broken. The bathroom was dirty. The staircase smells like hot trash. I got my truck broken into. Don't stay here...
Cons: No security, I parked right in front of the main entrance. Several guest including myself had our cars broken into. Not a camera in sight.

very close to NRG stadium

Pros: Basic for relatively inexpensive rate
Cons: Get rid of the odor and provide utensils
Location: The key selling point is that it is right next to NRG stadium, but not much else around there, a good mediteranean buffet accross the way
Very basic with a little bit of an odor but we got use to it. Had an outdoor pool and workout room, kitchenette but no silverware or cooking utensils. I belieive you had to pay extra for those items.

Horrible service

No one greets you housekeeping doesn't clean your room or provide you with fresh towels you have to exchange your old ones at the front desk and although the room was downtown next to the NRG stadium the environment was terrible there were people constantly outside every night and no parking

Okay hotel for the price.

We stayed at this hotel while attending a Texans game this past weekend. When we got there we were given a room with a toilet that had stuff in it and would not flush. The room also had not been cleaned as there was still trash in it, the soap had been used, etc. We were told we would be given another room. We went to open the second room and it was occupied. Yes, they gave us a room that someone was already in! Third room was finally clean and had no one in it. Probably won't be back to this one though.

Close to the NGR Stadium

Cons: the cleanliness of the hotel
Location: We stayed here to the Houston Texans Game
The only reason this hotel was chosen is because it is really close to NGR Stadium for a NFL Game. I was disappointed, the restroom was not clean liked it should have been. It was dirty in the halls as well.

To much going on

The state was okay but there was a leak in the hall way that caused the whole carpet to be wet which smelled like mold as well as the room! The room carpet was wet by the ac which made the room smell sour the toilet didn't flush very well and the T.V didn't work well otherwise the staff was great and made the stay okay.
