Very poor maintenance of the rooms. Kitchenette with parts missing and probably mold (did not touch), ragged furniture, paint chips on walls, etc. I would not recommend anyone to stay. Photos are deceiving

Dirty,had roaches, carpet was so filthy. The trash cans outside has the same trash for days.rooms with soiled linens and trash piled up. Desk/nook furniture wasn't mounted to wall. Unsanitary for anyone seeking lodging away from home. I have pictures of roaches climbing on the wall. Breakfast was a joke.

Chairs filthy/ and unstable. Recliner with dried food. could not sit on it. Couches visibly stained,could not sit on them, Under A/C unit- dirty. Toilet won’t flush. Blood or stool on bathroom door. Top of fridge with debris. Sheets with dirt and hair. No access to vending/water. No one at front desk therefore, we cannot get sheets to use on the pull out couch Windows on first floor, unlocked upon arrival. Shower door broken This was near the medical center. People with health conditions should not stay here. Huge infection control issues. We left. Truly horrendous.

Property was not bad but showing signs of being run down and aged. The room had a musty smell like it was once a smoking room. The floor felt gritty and sticky, carpet and linoleum. I did choose it because it was cheaper than the others in the area.

Very close to MD Anderson. Good price. They were suppose to provide coffee and continental breakfast 6-9:30 am and by 6:45 am there was no sign of the breakfast or a desk clerk

Our room was suppose to be a non-smoking and smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor we were on smelled like smoke of some sort, and there was loud music and loud people (sounded like a party) coming from several of the rooms. The elevator was not working. It was an unpleasant stay.

Advertised as non-smoking facility but smell indicated it was a smoking facility in the near past and shower was not clean and it had a kitchen in my room with no utensils! No plates, no pans, but a dishwasher and stove! Refrigerator did not work. Broken couch in room we smo ved to that had a working refrigerator. Rude staff when informing them of these issues. Heard many complaints from others called int front desk while we were there. Customer service and care for patrons is seriously lacking.

The property had roaches and they came out even during the day. It got on her food and at night, i saw it on my husband's toothbrush. The elevator was not working for a few days. I had to carry our luggage downstairs. My husband is sick and couldn't help. The toilet kept running water. The carpet was filthy and it smell bad.

Seems like every time stay here, the elevator is not working. Is it permanently inoperative or am just lucky? They put me on the 3rd floor as far away from the stairwell as possible. Inconvenient to say the least. Also, there is a homeless camp on the other side of the fence behind the property. Does not feel safe at all. May be my last stay here.

The property was conveniently located for my purpose. Check-in was smooth: but the hallways and elevator had dirty carpeting. Our initial room was hot with the air filtration system was not working. We were able to change to a different room, but here we were unable work the shower. We had reserved our stay for two nights, but checked out the next day. The staff was very helpful but, due to its poor physical condition, I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

Check in was pleasant and room was ready when we arrived. Room was very dated with electric outlets coming out of wall, no cover on ceiling light fixture, had to stand in shower to close bathroom door, gross dirt on back of bathroom door, one ice tray for freezer, no ice machine or bucket, chairs were dirty, curtains would not close or open, cover for ac/heat control was missing so light stayed on at night, some outlets didn't work, no room phone, no clock, no grab and go breakfast even though advertised. The fold out bed mattress was gross, nasty stains on mattress, unthinkable what had gone on there. It was too late to complain to front desk when we opened it. I was glad I brought Chlorox wipes with me as I used them on everything. The room was large, front desk was pleasant and location was perfect our needs. Everything else was GOSS

One of the main reasons I booked this room here is for the breakfast that was mentioned was included but when I arrived there was a sign that said the breakfast was no available. That should have been mentioned prior to confirming my reservations. The room itself was ok. Bed seemed clean but the tub was not as cleaned as it should be.

It should be corrected in the amenities that there is no coffee, no yes, no free breakfast! We booked partially depending on this. The hotel is run down and needs refurbishment… the pull out couch mattress was really nasty looking. We were going to use it we didn’t. The needs were actually pretty comfortable. No extra blankets. The hair dryer was really old and it could use new iron and ironing board. The dishwasher when opened was nasty. Thankfully we didn’t need the kitchen. There was no sheets or blanket if we did use the sofa bed, and there were 3 adults.. we were planning on using it. It wasn’t the worst, although I would not go back.

Lobby and halls were clean. Room was a roach den. Roaches were all over the kitchen and bathroom counters. Room was clean, but roaches everywhere. Didn't realize it had roaches until we were ready for bed. I killed several that night and the next morning. Even on the bathroom counter. The ice machine was "broken". One washcloth in the bathroom. Glad I brought an extra. The person at the front desk was somewhat rude and very disinterested in her job. At 8:00 I went to desk to ask about where the ice machine was and it took her a while to come out from office to counter. She had been asleep. Told me the ice machine was broken. I laid away until 1:30 a.m. listening to thumping and bumping music coming from a parked car outside under my window. It sat there for over 2 hours playing music with headlights on. I was on the 2nd floor. When I checked out the next morning, I told the desk clerk about the roaches and she said, "Maybe they'll have them under control for your next stay." Ha! There won't be a "next stay". Will never stay there again.

The hotel corridor had stinky smell at all floors. It is the biggest disappointment. It spoiled whole experience.Also the first room given was not clean.

The only thing I liked was how close it was to MD Anderson Cancer Center; walking distance. The room you have to exchange towels. They don't come to the room to take out trash or towels until after 7 days. You have to exchange your towels between 7 to 7. The water was hot everywhere except the shower. The bathroom has mold and the tub is dirty. The closet shelve fell down. The heat did not work. The no breakfast is a biggie or coffee; the price was not cut for the inconvenience. I took pictures also to show the truth.

It says it included breakfast. At arrival you are told there is no breakfast service. The room they assigned me had a vent spewing insulation material. I had to move to another one. The receptionist was not nice and seemed upset because I asked a room change. The place is very poorly maintained. Terrible
