The staff were quite friendly and my room was clean and comfortable for my stay. No issues as I was only there for a night.

Hotel staff was very rude... I got there 15 minutes before check in and they made me leave and come back in 15 to check in

Close to the medical center

Pros: close to medical center
Cons: update the entire hotel and provide the normal amenities like soap in the rooms.
Location: no restaurants or shopping nearby
My experience started off by not being able to check in 1 min before 3pm which is not common for a hotel. We had our pet with us and I had an appointment at 1pm so my husband had to drive around with the dog in the car until we can check in. The room was large which was nice but run down. There was no coffee maker or anything in the kitchen. Also the bathroom did not have shampoo, hair dryer or soap. It was so stripped down. It said it had breakfast but it was just coffee, cereal bars and some oatmeal packages. I paid $100.00 for one night and feel it was a rip off. If you only need one or 2 nights better find something else. And to make matters worse you hear every noise. The people above us either had kids or like to run around the room. We did not get to sleep till after midnight listening to the stomping.

Not good

There was no hot water couldn't take a shower that night or morning. No breakfast as said, coffee wouldn't made till after 9, no garbage can in room. Horrible experience

Not worth it

I got this hotel because i wanted something more expensive than a usual motel but under $100. First off no one was at the reception desk so I called and called and called to no avail. I even asked the parking lot security guard for assistance. When the receptionist finally comes out, it was clear she was asleep and claimed it must have been my first time calling. I did not give any attitude and recieved my room key. Not only did my non-smoking room smell like cigars, but there was also no hot water.

Nice hotel walking distance to medical center

Hotel is going through some renovations so there was some inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable new mattresses were being put in that day. Other than a gym no amenities I will stay again

Shuttle service

Pros: Had a shuttle.
Cons: Breakfast and attitude
Bed very uncomfortable, long walk to rooms unless you are put right by elevators. Traffic bad, asked about delivery places, given one option. Found own place to eat. Most are there for longer, has a kitchen which does help, bring own dishes and such as they charge for theirs. Check in young man nice, check out lady in am not so much. Shuttle driver very, very nice.

Regular average hotel

Nothing special. Average hotel with an average rate. Front desk agent took a while to come up from the back office to check me in. I had to make noise to get her attention. I had to ask where my room was. She just handed me my key and started to walk away. Not very helpful, even if with just the basic normal hotel things.
