Nice for an expensive hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff. Helpful.
Close to shop and stores. Public transit is available if you need if. Not bad. Pretty quiet when I was there. It not bad if your on a budget and don't bind certain ammendities

This was the worst experience ever, front staff was extremely rude, corporate people are rude, management is non existent! I will never stay here again!

Nice hotel for the price

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price.we just wanted a clean and comfortable room to stay in Houston westchase with a reasonable price and this hotel was just like what we wanted.Downsides are the unavailability of daily housekeeping,unavailability of safe in rooms, and the lack of hot breakfast(hotel provides simple grab n go breakfast coffee and cereal bars).overall the hotel was clean and recently renovated.

Great location really great rate

The young lady at the desk greeted me with a smile I believe her name was Brandi. Extremely professional and speedy with my check in. Hotel was clean, safe, and close to many amenities.

This Extended Stay Hotel is overall in good condition and I would recomend it...

The first room that we were given wasn't even cleaned, the second room smelled like nothing but cigarettes. I didn't like it, it was very uncomfortable.

Daya was an excellent front desk gal...very friendly and helpful! Elevator wasn't working. However, that will not stop me from staying there again on my next trip to Houston.

New Staff

Pros: The Location Restaurant Post office walking distance to things and busline
Cons: The new hotel gen manager, new associate. They barge in room. Most hotels leave notes not to disturb guests. Roland new manager rude. Don't check out late they will charge $10 per hour including full night .

New Staff terrible

Pros: I have nothing to say. The room was great when left alone by the new staff
Cons: Been here awhile two new staff members are horrible. I've had surgery I'm on a walker and and have a hole in my back. You can tell them xyz and they don't listen. There customer service skills are horrible. My time here I've never been disrepected or treated so horrible the older staff great responsive
