The only reason we booked here was for the indoor pool. Their pool was out of order. We cancelled our stay and booked with a better hotel. The outside of the building was dirty. There was a man on crutches smoking outside with shaving cream on his face. It was not a great place. We are asking for a refund due to the fact that the pool was out of order. The main reason we chose this place for that reason only.

Check-in was quick and staff were polite. We requested rooms on the quiet side and didn’t hear any interstate traffic. Other guests were quiet and polite. The hotel is dated but room was clean except for refrigerator which we couldn’t use due to the smell and not being wiped out. Bed linens were clean and extra towels were provided when requested. No hot water on our second morning there. I didn’t eat the breakfast but my husband said there wasn’t much left when he went to eat. Probably due to a guest who helped herself to most of the food not leaving much for other guests. The price was reasonable but probably will book a different hotel on our next visit.

Issue was kids playing soccer in the hallway and yelling. Had to go to the front desk 3rimes before i confronted the patents. Breakfast, no seating. Couldnt get our breakfast thfat was included with our stay

When we checked in, I asked the girl for a room away from the freeway. She gave us a room on the side of the freeway. Extremely noisy! The evening girl, who was different than the girl that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly! The girl that took care of the food was missing two very important items. definitely would not recommend this hotel. For being a Marriott hotel, I was extremely disappointed.

The plumbing in the shower was backed up. They put a hold of 230$ after I had already paid for the room on Expedia. When I called to ask about it they said they put a hold of only 60 which wasn’t true

Staff wasn’t friendly, bathroom was outdated, pool was dirty, no towels at the pool. Breakfast not good choices also hour before closing everything empty and no one filled them up. I stayed in many hotels but this property was a disappointment.

I have pictures of the room, there was mold on the wall and toilet. Floor was caving in at the hall way. Tv had white stuff on it. Wall was dirty and under sheets there was someone hair. I did not stay the attendant also swipe my credit card in charge me an extra $40.

Horrible experience
My hotel the toilet didn't work,the workers get high in the middle of the night. The workers can't help you because their too high to talk to you or pay attention to your question. Everything starts to see like weed. Not very much accommodation. The elevator almost plastered my son . Than a elderly oriental man almost got injured by the elevator too . The elevator slams on you to the point it can kill you, check your camera on the day i stayed,where the elevator at.

I liked that it was quiet in the hallways. I did not like that the shower drained slowly while in it, the water would back up go ankle level and the toilet had some difficulties flushing.

Affordable and accommodating
Staff was always very kind and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast is ok, basic options. Pool was a little dirty, but I know it’s hard to keep clean if there’s a lot of guests. Overall not bad at all, and we were happy with our room for the week we stayed!

It’s usually a toss up between Marriott or Holiday Inn Express.. I chose Marriott this time and am regretting it. As we speak my sheets are not clean. I photographed a variety of hairs in my sheets including a long one (I’m male with short hair). Bathroom has mold everywhere and shampoo / conditioner mounts were ripped out. Also, tge fire alarm system has been going off since check-in (strobes). It’s been silenced but I feel unsafe in the event of a fire. This place is scary. I can’t believe I payed $100 to stay in this environment.

NOT SO FAIR.... FAIRFIELD INN.... DON'T BOTHER!!
Well as soon as we arrived, to checkin which was right at 3:00 PM, we were told that the room I have reserved on-line was no longer available... we reserved a 2 Queen bed, and all they had was a King SIZE, I love my son but having to sleep in the same bed now that he is grown man is not ideal!! The front desk manager said it was not her fault and that it was the system. I know she is just an employee so when the owner/manager is there watching and prefers to walk away from the conversation instead of helping her with me (which I was visibly upset) says a lot about how this property is run. As if that was not enough when I tried getting additional towels I was told "WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE TOWELS",,, BIG RED FLAG!!! say your money and time and DO NOT STAY HERE>....

Bathroom had mold on the ceiling in the shower. We got moved to another room, but the stopper in the tub was broken and the tub was clogged so had to shower in our own shower water. The shower rod was bent so the curtain never stay in place. I booked the room for 5, but only got 4 towels and 3 wash cloths. My mom got attitude when asked for additional towels. There was also a dirty sock hanging from under the sink.
