First Class

Pros: Staff, gym and the pool. And location.
My husband and I had to stay for 9 days. It was very comfortable, clean and staff was really over the top.We were given a fridge for soda and left overs. We ate at Quatro, very good food and happy hour was a deal. It and the hotel could use a little modernization. I do love the Art Deco part/ furniture. It was over 100f and the pool and gym were great. We need to go back next month, I am looking forward to Starbucks and lunch at the houston Center(a skywalk away) I took the light rail and was figuring out the tunnel system. Great location downtown.

Tired in Houston

Location: great if you want to go to a basketball game!
if this were a Marriott or Hyatt, it would have been fine, but for a Four Seasons, rather disappointing! Rooms are a bit tired and carpeting was actually downright dirty...

Pros: Service and staff.
My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Houston August 7-9, 2015. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff was excellent. While the building is a little older than some other Four Seasons, the experience is on par with what you expect.

Beautiful room and view

Pros: View, location (quiet), off the beaten path
Cons: NOTHING
Location: The blow hole is just north of the hotel. Dragon's teeth is a must see and walking distance from the rooms.
Absolutely first class experience at the hotel. Staff knew us by name and were attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Mike, Jorge, and Steven were fantastic at the valet stand. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel.

Stayed downtown after a concert at House of Blues

Very nice room. Although I booked and paid extra for a "city view" room, we were in a room one level above and facing the swimming pool... Not quite the same. The staff were extremely nice. The room was comfortable and 24 hour room service was wonderful. Great location across from House of Blues. The only con would be the wait to get our car from valet the next morning.

Staff Makes The Four Season Special

Cons: It's feeling a bit dated. The original bathtubs could be replaced at this point, for example.
The Four Seasons in Houston is quite nice...but the rooms and decor could probably pass as a high-end Hilton. It's the staff at the front-desk, at the pool and in the restaurant that puts The Four Seasons ahead of the rest.

Nice hotel next to the convention center

Cons: Have to get rid of the terribly musty smell on the 4th floor
Location: Skybridge to insie mall and tunnel entrance
Very close to downtown activities. Free rides from hotel t nearby places.

Solid urban Four Seasons

Pros: Staff and facilities.
Cons: Parking was expensive and no prior notice given - $36 per night parking fee PLUS $25 per day valet fee. Had we known, we wouldn't have rented a car!
Excellent service and good facilities at this city-located Four Seasons. Stayed two nights in order to attend a family wedding. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was conscientious and friendly. Pool deck was very nice.

Great service

We have stayed in another hotel near by, but the Four Seasons was less per night and the moment we arrived we were completely pampered by the staff. From the valet, to the concierge to the bell service, every staff member was kind and courteous and just wonderful!! I cannot wait to visit again!!
