The rooms are not cleaned or made. You need to ask and when you do they tell you they cannot because they have other rooms. No toiletries

Terrible Company Policies. They overbooked and blamed Expedia for the issue. We had booked and paid for 5 double bed rooms. Upon arrival, one was dropped and 2 had been downgraded to single bed. The Staff did what they could but were limited due to the "computer system".

First of all, the hotel is very nice and comfortable, but the night we entered the hotel, they said that we cannot see the reservation because they received the money late from Expedia.we said we paid to hotels.com nut they said you must pay again to us.. They kept us waiting for about an hour and a half. We talked to hotels.com customer services twice and were very exhausted. We stayed for 4 more nights, but to avoid the same problem, we went directly to the hotel. We paid. This is not a good situation for your agency. I thought you should know. Thank you.

Good for the price
Good for the price. The only reason I did not grade higher was because there was no hot water in kitchen sink, frying pan made all food stick, no blow dryer in the room, no ironing board, only one set of towels, had to request for more. Lesson learned to bring certain items, but I would stay there again.

The room was not very clean, and we were unable to get the room cleaned because staff doesn’t work on weekends. I asked for fresh towels and linens, and they never came. The ac unit was blowing air that smelled horrible.
