Hampton Inn is always reliable, clean, comfortable

Pros: Breakfast is one of the best meals of the day. They make it special.
Location: The near the Galleria location was perfect for us, we got $3 day passes, drove to the transit park then rode to the museums, downtown and aquarium.
While I hate paying a parking fee, it is a given for Houston. The staff was great and very helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable .. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. My son enjoyed the waffles. Lots of parking area and u feel safe because it is gated. Loved our stay and will be back!!

Love this Hotel

Every time that we visit Houston, we stay here. The location is very convenient, near restaurants and shopping. The hotel is extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast is delicious.

Birthday weekend!!

Just spent the weekend in Houston and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Great service, we arrived a little early and was allowed to check in so we didn't have to wonder around town waiting for check in time. the condition of the hotel was awesome and I really had a good stay. Danny at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a dance convention/competition. Easy to find, close to the Houston Galleria. Very clean room, over all a great place to stay!

Nice bathrooms! Great Breakfast!

Couldn't ask for better. Free breakfast had something for everyone. Bathrooms are beautiful. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Disappointed After 20 Years Satisfied

Delayed check-in due to poorly trained reception clerk. Repeated key card failures at awkward times, including one done deliberately by the hotel when my very valid credit card was somehow rejected 15 hrs after being accepted. Formal complaint to company made.
