Nice hotel close to traders village.

The only reason i didn't give all 5's is because they were cleaning the pool for 2 days and we had to go to their sister hotel to swim. I was a little disappointed in that. Everything else including breakfast was great.

Good Hotel near to restaurants

Good hotel with good staff. The hotel is generally all round good. Elevator is a bit slow and if you are in a hurry in the morning can be annoying. I suggest go earlier or take the stairs if you are pressed for time.

Better than expected...

Pros: Bed Linens, Location of room, Easy check in
Cons: Hard mattress, air conditioner didn't cool the room properly... stayed on all night just to get temp to 70 degress.
I wasn't sure what to expect upon reading reviews, but overall it was a very plea stay. Over the past two months I have stayed in a hotel almost once a week due to work... including the Comfort Suites across the street. The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. My room happened to be right next to the breakfast area so I was immediately worried about noise, but I never heard anything outside my room the entire stay. The room itself was a great size, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Initially the beds seemed comfortable, however as the night went on they became hard and ended up hurting. (That's always important to me.. the room could be substandard, but if the bed is super comfy then we're by good ) The bed linens, however, were the best of any hotel I've stayed in thus far. I couldn't help notice the dark spots on the ceiling also.. not a deal breaker, but it definitely took away from the cleanliness of the room.. made me wonder if it had once been a smoking room or if the hotel had a fire at some point. The one thing that was frustrating was the air conditioning.. it took the entire night for the unit to cool the room. Had to put it in 65 to get it to 70 degrees by morning. The breakfast was awesome though. But truthfully, aside from the hard bed and air conditioner, the overall stay was pleasant. Especially for the promo price paid. I would be willing to stay again.

Good night sleep

Very relaxing, but the credenza was missing that normally contain a refrigerator and holds a coffee maker. The coffee maker was in the bathroom

Quiet hotel but not too far

Staff were extremely kind upon arrival as well as departure and even during their free breakfast they served. Room was clean as well as spacious. I enjoyed the stay.

We checked in last week after a 1200 mile trip to Houston. I have two small children and a dog. Rana greeted us as we checked in and I immediately our family was in good hands. The rooms were perfectly clean and we had everything we needed (plus some extras- in the way of cookies!). Little did we know that our oldest child would get extremely sick during our stay. Rana took such wonderful care of us and got us everything we needed from clean bedding, towels, and even toast for our little guy in the middle of the afternoon. The entire staff helped us and shifted their daily way of doing things to accommodate our needs. I am so relieved that we were at the Hampton instead of anywhere else because we were treated like family and cared for in the same way. I give FIVE stars to this hotel and it's wonderful staff.
