Convenient location

Pros: Close to my work appointments.
Cons: Maybe room touch-ups. Consider changing (or setting) the door closing mechanism to aid in a softer close?
Location: Convenient to many restaurants and shopping venues.
Hotel seems old, however the staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, and amenities provided. The breakfast lounge was always good. As in many hotels, room and exit doors slam when left to close on their own. My room happen to be next to both and I realize this is mainly due to guests unfortunately lacking both awareness and common courtesy, but many times it was quite annoying.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Maid service needs to be vastly improved.
Location: Just off of the beltway.
Room keys didn't work, room had an awful odor, had to ask for a different room and that room was not in order.

Enjoyed my short stay. Breakfast was great. It's left in room was recovered for me.

Close to work location.

Pros: Close to work location on FM 529. Took about 10 minutes on the feeder road.
Cons: Add at least a small workout room - treadmill & stairmaster type machines.
Location: Seems like and OK location. Nice restaurants nearby
I stayed there one night in January and didn't realize there was no gym/workout room. On my recent stay I inquired and was told that the hotel has partnered with a couple other hotels across the highway to be able to use their facilities. I don't want to get in my car, fight the traffic and then have to return from there all sweaty.

Thank you for the 4-stars! Just to let you know, not only do we do indeed partner with others hotels next door to us, we also partner with LA Fitness! You can have full access to their facilities,(including locker room) just for being a guest of ours!

I was given a handicap room and staff refused to change first night I stayed in room.

Memorable

First the staff was awesome. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just two things the handle in bathroom broke, my son slipped and fell. Good thing it was him not me. His 24 and I'm 55. Second thing the elevator was dow, when we got there and we were on the third floor. But all in all the breakfast was good and the stay was good. I still would give it a 4. Thank you! Hampton and expedia.

Comfortable stay not very far from downtown

Pros: Friendly and professional staff, microwave, fridge and breakfast on the house. excellent location for what I wanted to accomplish.
Location: Plenty of food choices nearby.
This was a personal trip. I had to visit someone in Cypress and someone else in Houston. This location worked out perfectly. The breakfast was generous in the morning. I particularly liked the fridge and microwave oven in the room. Friendly and professional staff. Amanda went the extra mile to make sure my experience with the front desk computer/printer was perfect.
