Saved money but would not go back. Socks in ro9m. No wash cloths. No hpt water for afternoon tea.

The carpet smelled old on the 3rd floor, Our family of 4 only had 2 hand towels, we requested more but never received any until we left for the day.

North of downtown Houston

We stayed one night and and it was a good experience. Its about 15-30 mins north of downtown Houston and just off I-45. Good variety on breakfast and the rooms were clean.

Spring Tx: Hampton Inn

Pros: Everything was great, the front desk staff, the hotel, breakfast; the ancillary staff.
Cons: check out time,our check in was after 11pm; we would have like to stay until after 2pm. My son has Autism; we have to find a spot to cook for him.
Location: We were close to grocery stores, great eating spots and just of the interstate highway.
This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. We will be returning on our trips out of town.

Last minute Business travel

Bed had a broken corner of the mattress where side had collapsed. Wallpaper by elevator looked like it had a water leak underneath from ceiling halfway down.

Pools closed

We booked this hotel because it was one of few in the area with an indoor pool. We like pool for health issues. The pool wasn't open. It was closed for maintenance.

Just Alright

Coffee was cold every morning and our entire floor smelled like food. Lots of mold around the bathtub and shower head did not work well. Pool and hot tub were not in working order. Staff was unable to accommodate simple requests.

Cypress Station Stay...

Location: Large city with lots to offer in all directions, Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buy was near by that worked for me.
Great breakfast staff, polite check in, well lit parking.
