Only one elevator worked at all times.

Our trip was extended and we could not stay at hotel because prices were not comparable.

Nice room and comfortable staying

It is a nice hotel and well designed room. Although I arrived there late and left early. The room is quite big and have clear functional area. There are enough space to have long coach and coffee table, the long desk separates room as bed area and living area. Like it so much!

Nice place to stay

Pros: Location, cleanliness, good atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly staff
Location: Near medical center.
Very comfortable room, good beds, close to the medical center, clean. Would stay again.

Surprisingly modern and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem was one elevator was out. Breakfast so so, but adequate

Great hotel but elevators weren't working.

The hotel was great, but the elevators were not working, and we were in the fifth floor.

In regards to the elevators not working, I would like to sincerely apologize. What started off as a minor fix, turned into a much larger operation, that will take over a month to complete. We have already contacted the team that will be in charge of the fix, which will not arrive until early January. Safety is our number one concern, and although it is never a good time for something to break at a hotel, I want to be sure I have it fixed right the first time. Thank you for much for letting us know about this. I hope you will return and give our hotel another try in 2016. Have a wonderful holiday season.

Nice Economical Hotel

Typical Hampton Inn, clean with courteous staff. Location convienent to NRG stadium and light rail transportation. Comfortable room and better than average complimentary breakfast. Will stay again when we return to Houston.

Good location for Reliant Park/Medical area

Our biggest complaint is that the shuttle they provide is not overly organized. I told the front desk that we needed it and was provided a schedule, when I went back 5 minutes later to ask where to meet the driver I was told I just needed to tell them I wanted a ride. Then they wouldn't take us to a restaurant in their book because it was 1/2 mile to far (3.5 miles away). They they driver only worked until 6 so couldn't use the shuttle to get back to hotel after dinner and wasn't told until dropped off at the restaurant.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience you had with the shuttle. This is the the first time I have ever heard that there were any issues with the shuttle and it's operations. Just to help clear things up, we have a set schedule when the shuttle will pick up from the hotel itself. Other than that, it will pick anyone up who needs a ride by just calling the number on the shuttle list. Also, we are only able to go 3 miles from the hotel, and no further. The list of restaraunts that we provide to our guests has some locations that are further than the 3 miles, but that is so we can give a wide array of different restaurants to eat at. I will be speaking with our drivers to ensure we are staying on top of this and not letting it fall through the cracks. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to fill out a survey for us.

El hotel todo muy bien. Pero tiene lo básico de un hotel ejevutivo sólo que sus precios son de un hotel de lujo en Hawai o Cancún. No entiendo porqué es tan caro. Sinceramente. No lo entiendo.

Excellent hotel in good location

This hotel is easy to find inside the Houston 610 loop. It's walking distance to the Smith Lands metro train stop, just round the corner, which provides direct access to the museum district & downtown. There are some restaurants nearby, but we mostly ate in Rice Village which is about a 10 minute drive away. The hotel staff were helpful at all times & went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay both in this hotel & in Houston. We would definitely stay there again.

Centrally located and for Business and Pleasure

Pros: Good room, great staff, great location and secure parking.
Location: Extensive International Medical Complex, colleges, near 610 interstate loop, Zoo, Rice Village for eclectic mix of dining options.
Early check in with out asking! Good facilities - Front desk staff was amazing, and house keeping was quick and quiet. Location near major highway to get out and around town made it really nice too. Elevator was noisy but we were away from that. Traffic on a game day for Texans Football team could also be difficult. Maintenance and housekeeping staff were observed continually working throughout day. In midst of extensive medical facilities as well as Football and Baseball park. .
