Location: Close to Medical Centers-easy interstate access
Quiet, comfortable--staff very helpful. Made changes easily to accommodate needs.

Very convient to and from medicsl center with their shuttle. Great breakfast. Very clean.

Clean nice hotel

Hotel is clean, staff was not rude, but was not extra friendly, I'd say average. Breakfast was average, and the coffee available all the time was not always hot, in fact one time it was as cold as room temp.

I was very disappointed to read your survey about our customer service, as this is the biggest aspect that we try to focus on. I would like to personally apologize and let you know that we will work very hard in making sure each staff member is 150% friendly and outgoing! I will also be speaking with our breakfast attendant and front desk staff about the importance of the coffee always being kept hot and fresh for our guests. This should be a no-brainer, as we enjoy our coffee hot as well. I hope you will give us another chance to help prove that we are much better than this, and that we will continue to strive for excellence in each thing we do. Overall, the hotel was good! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room was adequate and for what there was, well maintained.

Great room size, enough for us to close off the bedroom and allow the children to sleep while we watched some TV. Room was very clean and the service was excellent. Gated parking a plus!!
