We do apologize that your experience was less than stellar not within the high service levels we strive to maintain. Regarding the pool, you are correct in that it was closed as unfortunately we were forced into this situation due to emergency repairs however, only for a very short period from October 16th - 31st, 2023, which, unfortunately fell over the dates of your recent visit. Regarding our breakfast in our restaurant, we offer both a continental buffet and a variety of ala-carte menu items for which we normally hear very positive comments. We would look forward to any additional detail so we could research your unfortunate experience. Please feel free to contact us directly should you have the opportunity. Please know that our goal is to not just to meet all of our valuable guests needs but, to exceed them.
