The bed wasn't that comfortable, the additional hold on my card was ridiculous but the staff was ok. The price for the breakfast buffet wasn't worth the money.

Wrong location

Location is not near galleria area. People at the hotel venue were really loud all night and reception desk was really slow during check in process. Overall, I will never book this hotel ever again.

Nice Hilton hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Great to have microwave for use in common area. (It is a bit dirty though) Air conditioner had been upgraded that the panel on the unit is disabled and replaced by the wall digital panel. Take a while before we figure out what's happen. It will be good if they explain ahead of time or provide instruction.

Title of offer said JETTED TUB! LIES!

Pros: Free Parking was a plus!
Cons: Don't tell me the room I'm paying for has a Jetted tub then when I arrived tell me that NONE of your rooms have that feature! FALSE ADVERTISING!
Location: It was cool and out of the way from anything big going on. But I was looking for a quiet place anyway.
I paid for the option for a Jetted Tub room. Which I expected a oversized tub or Jacuzzi in my room considering I purchased the most expensive option available. When I arrived I was checked in and went up to my room. when I discovered it was not a Jetted Tub as I paid for and expected I went back down to the desk clerk to explain. She advised to me that sometimes the websites list things that are not featured in the rooms and NONE of the rooms include Jetted Tubs! It was extremely disappointing cause I purchased that option based on that one fact! If I was not concerned about it I would have saved myself $40-50 going for the cheaper option!

Hotel on the southwest side of town

The staff were nice and personable. I arrived early and our room wasn't ready. The staff cleaned well and even let me drop my luggage off. The decor is dated with popcorn ceilings and old metal frame beds. My Wife actually hit her leg on the frame walking around the bed. They wrap the sheet and comforter around it to disguise the frame. I reserved a double queen and got two fulls-falsely advertised. The shower water got everywhere due to the curtain being short. Apparently they had a ball in the conference room that blasted music till 4 in the morning. My Wife called for a bath rug that we never received. Besides that the location was cool and it didn't stink.
