Amazing

This hotel was amazing friendly and decent location....walking distance to a few restaurants...I stayed here for night night I was traveling on military orders and this hotel was perfect I asked if I need to bring items in that I had in my car bcuz I was moving the hotel notified security and had them watch my car extra close that night. breakfast was perfect The only downfall to breakfast if u don't add it with ur reservation it cost almost 14.00$ to eat but past that I would use this hotel again if you don't stay at this hotel you are making a mistake they will accommodate you and treat you professionally...they even send you a text to make sure everything is ok with your room after checking in and make sure u don't need anything any issues I may have had I could have told them without leaving my room they asked me before I had to ask them perfect stay wish I could have stayed longer

Pros: It's very clean

Location: close to highway for easy access
Pleasant, and quiet. The staffs are very nice. Overall I am happy with the place

Great place to stay

Pros: conveniently located and good ambiance.
Cons: need a little improvement in breakfast buffet food area.
Location: closer to galleria mall and other activities including restaurant.
Over all experience was wonderful like always. This time one of the family members had hard time sleeping on the bed mattress because it was uneven and myself and my wife noticed also in her room nest door.

Nice hotel to crash at night when in Houston.

Pros: Proximity to restaurants and shopping
Cons: Low ceilings Popcorn ceilings No central AC
Liked the big room and separate formal sitting with TV We liked the room cleanliness. No cheap bath fittings, and good quality furniture. Hated the low popcorn ceilings and lack of central AC

The place is ok if you need a place to stay and is reasonably price. The room has some strange smell even though it seems clean, there is dirt and leaves in the swimming pool, so that amenities is kind of non-existence.

Because my room's window is near highway, so it has a big noise. (in 5F). I not sure the other side room is OK, maybe refer other people comments.

Had no issues, other than there was a leak in the lobby while we were there and when we reported it, we were told that there was not one available to fix it.

The staff Christian and Van was so professional and helpful during my stay. Their breakfast was also good and exceptional. I hope stay there again.
