Very nice hotel nit good maid service

Nice rooms spacious but maid left us with empty roll of toilet paper and second one almost empty and no spare roll and did not bring fresh towels for the ones left on floor or pick up trash just made beds...

The hotel was really nice and well kept. The only thing I have to complain about was that the shower took too long to warm up.

Super Service & Overly nice staff - which is rare

Pros: The service, the staff, very pretty hotel, Location easy to access
My teenage daughter and I stayed for a quick overnight trip to Houston and arrived at the hotel in the evening. The gentleman at the front desk made us smile. He was friendly and happy. The valet was also happy, he immediately waited on us, and he took our luggage to our room even though we had little luggage. He filled our ice bucket and answered questions regarding the parking garage. Then, we wanted some dinner, but it was late so we went to the bar to order food. Brittany was the only staff member at the bar and was readily tending to at least 15 guests. She was very zealous, super attentive and very upbeat! My daughter has food allergies and Brittany assured us that she would go back to the kitchen and personally address the issue with the chef. She insisted on making us comfortable and getting us something to drink while we waited for our food. She did a great job! Everyone in the bar seemed happy. The service overall at this hotel was really great and made our stay very pleasurable. Our room was very clean and the amenities are nice. This is my second time staying here and I would gladly stay again!

Great Location

It was extremely close to the Galleria and various shops around the hotel.

One day stay

The location of this hotel is great. The customer service was amazing! The only negative thing I have to say is, you can here everything from the next room. The slamming of doors was very loud. You can here the conversation from the other room.

A very nice place, great staff, but we were disappointed that the advertised price was $139 per night, but after all fees, taxes, internet, parking, etc, we actually paid over $190. The hotel is great, just be ready for the bill.

Good value for Galleria area of Houston.

Pros: Breakfast buffet has a nice selection, including an omelet cook.
Cons: I booked on Expedia and was disappointed to learn that I would not earn Hilton Honor points for the stay.
Location: Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance.
I was in Houston for business the week leading up to the Superbowl and was unable to get a hotel downtown. However, the Hilton on Post Oak had rooms available and at reasonable rates. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was ready to please and the restaurant and bar were very accommodating. Uber ride to downtown was only about $12.
