I travel to LPTX often, but wouldn’t stay here again. It’s very musty smelling, the breakfast was cold and stale despite us being the first there to eat that morning and the milk pitcher was sour.

Its a nice place quiet and seems safe. Not many people check that time. Its decent clean . My only issue is the morning breakfast my first day is good but second till my fourth day no Banana refills and coffee. I did feedback it on my second day about the coffee but still not done.

WE DID NOT GET OUR BREAKFAST
THE ROOM IT WAS OK BUT WE CHOSEN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST AND THEY SERVE FULL BREAKFAST JUST ONE TIME AROUND 7:30 SO WHEN WE WENT TO GET OUR BREAKFAST AROUND 8:00 WE CANT FIND NOTHING AND THEY DID NOT SERVE NOTHING AGAIN, LIKE FIVE IR SIX FAMILIES WERE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE HAVE TO DRINK JUST JUICE BECAUSE THE HOT BUFFET CONTAINER WAS EMPTY, AND THEY NEVER REFILL THE HOT BREAKFAST SO THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THEY SUPPOSEDLY TO SERVE HOT FULL BREAKFAST FROM 7 :00 TO 9:30 SO WE NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS HOTEL

The room assigned to us could use little more cleaning and it had an odor. Breakfast didn't have many options and didn't have an attendant. Every time they ran out of something we had to tell the receptionist who kept running back and forth.

We didn't like the charge going from the quoted price at the time I made the reservation to $20.00 dollars more on arrival. They said that would not go through , but i don.t know what that was all about.

Great staff, not such good luck with rooms.
Our room had a smell upon arrival, we assumed just smelled odd...there was black mold. After being in the room for sometime and finding that, we notified the front desk they switched us rooms. New room seemed cleaner. But upon waking up in the morning we switched on the ceiling lights and there should have been a flash warning. Luckily this doesnt impact us, however it very much could impact someone else health wise.

Checking in and out was very quick and both staff members we spoke to were very kind and professional. The room is nice. Everything is clean. The breakfast was awesome. Parking is plenty. They had a crib ready and waiting for us after we noted we’d need one. We will stay here from now on when we visit relatives in La Porte.

Honestly I didn't like anything about it the swimming pool was dirty filthy and the beds sank when we slept on them. The first room they put me in smell like mold so then they move me to another room I got bit by a spider in my bed yeah I was not very happy with this stay at all I wish I could get my money back. I won't ever stay here again

Great Stay!
This hotel is very well-kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and the hotel was very quiet. Great location close to Kemah and San Jacinto. I will stay here again!

Dusty Rooms.. Nasty Toilet
Customer service was good… hotel room not so good! Dust balls all over ceiling and walls. The toilet was not cleaned (dried up urine stains on seat). Luckily since covid I travel with Lysol and wipes. We only stayed one night for a few hours just to sleep but we were very close to going else where. Because we paid over 200 for one night we stayed to not lose out on money. Hopefully they thoroughly clean rooms from here on out.

Room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. They had a great selection. Biscuits and gravy was the best. The only thing we found that we didn’t like was the size of the pool. It was not big enough to accommodate the amount of people that’s were wanting to swim.
