It wasn't my first time staying at this hotel. I'm fully satisfied every time I did.

Employees eating at the breakfast bar is bad

Posted Jan 31, 2016 on Hotels
Both times I stayed there each morning I see several front desk staff walking over and grabbing plates of food from the breakfast bar, then making several trips at that to feed themselves. I think the food is for the guests and if management allows this, it should not be done in front of the guests. It looks unprofessional seeing desk staff, and housecleaning in line at the breakfast bar grabbing food and eating in front of paying guests. I have never seen this allowed any where else. Very tacky, and looks low class. Do the employees not get paid enough to buy or bring their own food at their place of work? Is the hotel overcharging its customers so that their employees can eat for free each morning on our dime? Questions we have when we see this type of thing take place. The hired help should not be dining with customers and going through our food line in front of us- do that not have a back kitchen to eat at?
