Not recommended if you expect the room to be cleanPosted Oct 13, 2015 on Hotels
I booked at the wrong property and the hotel would not let me cancel. Hotels.com was involved and they said they'd send a voucher as an apology- which never happened. I waited in line behind 1 person who's reservation had been lost for 20 minutes to check in. This should not have happened at 3:45pm on a Saturday. Once I finally got into my room I unpacked my things and prepared to take a shower. That's when I noticed the long dark hairs in the bathtub. I changed rooms as this one obviously wasn't cleaned and had showered and just fallen asleep when the staff called my room and woke me up to ask which room I was in.

Great weekendPosted Sep 25, 2015 on Orbitz
LocTion was great. Lots to do while in town visiting family. Beds were super comfy... Breakfast was a plus. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Not what we expectedPosted Sep 8, 2015 on Hotels
Independently run hotel, and needed some upgrades. Understood there was only a preference for 2 beds, but given a mobility access room with king and fold out sofabed. Not what I had anticipated. Room smelled like smoke. Mold in the bathroom walls and had to have maintenance come after the first night to clear the tub drain as it was very slow (they did take care of that). Unable to switch rooms, sold out on the doubles for the weekend. Sofabed uncomfortable, unless you used all the blankets the kids did not use on the king bed. Both the king and sofabed sagged. Internet connections were sporadic at best (wi-fi), and cellular data service was not much help either (sure it was my carrier), perhaps due to the isolation. Be sure to look at hotel surroundings. This particular hotel was isolated from any restaurants or stores, though some were 1-2 miles away. Staff did do a great job of keeping the place clean, but room accommodations were less than stellar. Not sure I will use Hotels.com for my future travels. Have used their services before, but this was less than what I expected.
