Pros: staff was fantastic
Cons: floors need to be cleaned better. tube would not drain.
had early flight. breakfast staff opened so we could get something to eat for my 6am flight/

Close to IAH that's about all

Pros: Location to IAH was good
Cons: Put the linens in the room as the guests arrive. Make the shuttle available as advertised.
Location: Fly
Sofa bed linens had to be asked for. Shuttle was not available as stated

Sorry for any inconvenience you had at your stay, we appreciate all your comments to be able to understand our guest needs, to be able to service you before the arrival, all guest make their preference request for their room in their reservation profile, or when they check in, for any shuttle service, all guest need to call us from the airport to know the exact terminal you are located, and to return back to the airport,they need to sign up for next day shuttle to be able to reserve a space for you, we hope to see on your next visit to our city. Sorry for any inconvenience, but for guests security ,we bought new equipment for the pool, and it was getting set up on the week, and it had to be treated again with the new chemicals , we re open it on the weekend., we appreciate your comments , and this issue is already taken care off, hope to see you again on your next visit to Houston. Didn't get the room I requested and prepaid for

Came in late with little girls from a softball tournament and didn't have enough places to sleep because I got a single king bed for 4 people and no pull out like my booking stated. Took 30 minutes or longer to get a roll away.

Great location

I enjoy this hotel and would recommend to all my friends and family. When ever we are in the area we always stay here. Great staff, clean rooms, and close to everything.

OLD OLD OLD

This hotel was so old and tired. The smell of cleaning products made me incredibly ill during my entire stay. Old and musty smells were covered up by horrible air fresheners. Time to make this place over! No nearby restaurants to walk to. The only positive thing I can say is that the shuttle drivers were so incredibly kind.
