Sorry for any inconvenience you had at your stay, we appreciate all your comments to be able to understand our guest needs, to be able to service you before the arrival, all guest make their preference request for their room in their reservation profile, or when they check in, for any shuttle service, all guest need to call us from the airport to know the exact terminal you are located, and to return back to the airport,they need to sign up for next day shuttle to be able to reserve a space for you, we hope to see on your next visit to our city.
