Great hotel

The room was above and beyond as the pictures displayed. Very clean. The bed was super comfy & cozy. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Location: Usual chain places, close to Univ. of Houston Clear Lake, easy access from freeway.
Very good value for the money. Clean, great staff, nice rooms and amenities. Not the Ritz but a better value. Very comfortable, decent bar and restaurant, good fitness room.

Comfortable, close 2 lots of shops and restaurants

The bed was super comfortable... The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the location is great, very close to Baybrook Mall and many other shopping centers and restaurants and movies!! :)

Hidden but Nice.

I had to really look for the hotel since it was hidden behind a strip shopping center. However, once I found it, the hotel was quite nice and located near shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind.

Hotel Stay

Over all the stay (3 days) was great with the exception of the morning breakfast which was a disappointing experince. There was an hour left to get breakfast and they were out of bacon and took 15 minutes to get two eggs. The waiters stayed busy but I suspect the problem was in the kitchen. We eat elsewhere after that. Thanks
